I’d come from being admitted to hospital twice in agonising pain before I discovered this was Chronic constipation. It had been caused as a side effect of tablets I had to take, but then compounded by time -15 months in and I was in almost daily agony!! I’d done diets and teas recommended by the internet, but I was going down the wrong tracks and getting even more ill from the internets advice.
I invested in Christel as I knew I had to have proper advice before I caused myself long term harm and she has been a godsend! She is so knowledgeable and clear, knowing exactly what to do, but also comforting and kind. She has not only put me on the correct eating path, and got me taking some extra supplements to help, but also given me an arsenal of methods to use when it’s been a few days and things aren’t working.
If you have gut problems then definately invest in Christel to get you through them as she has such a wealth of professional trained experience! The internet is too conflicting and confusing & your health is too valuable. I saw her over 3 months - June to Sept and have gone from almost constant pain to virtually none (3hours a week).
