"Terrifying experience with lifetime disfiguration"

I have used the cryotherapy services of this clinic once instead of the normal clinic I use (constrained by the pandemic). Although I had cryotherapy before several times all with excellent results and no scaring the experience with Face Clinic London was horrific. Out of 10 very small lesions that were removed I was left with 3 big scars, burned deteriorated darkened skin and concavities in the middle of my face. Its already one year and a half since and there was no improvement although I ve been advised otherwise by the clinic. I am living a nightmare every time I look at myself in the mirror and I have to explain many times to people that feel something I wrong with my face what has happened. What can I say, I paid for the overpriced services of Face clinic to get a minor intervention to maintain my looks and I got scared for life. Before the intervention I specifically asked and tried to discuss the matter of scaring as I wanted to make sure that I do not let my face into unsafe hands. I have been assured that the risk is minimal and to the most the skin will discolor. I made sure that I ask all the right questions that would indicate any potential factors that would lead to the risk of getting scared but I have been reassured that the risk is a statistical one and that is minimal. Based on these reassurances I have signed the disclaimer before the procedure which basically transfer the risk on me. When the gravity and impact of the scaring became evident and the clinic was confronted about that I was basically told that I have signed the risk disclaimer, unfortunately the scaring can happen and that the clinic could have done nothing to prevent it happening. I specify that I have never or will never sign for this horrible things to happen to me and I have gave my signature in good faith based on the trust that the clinic has made sure to reassure me of. The fact that they hide behind a signature that has never been taken from my in good faith considering the how the current scars look like is disgusting. If I would have been told that the risk could be that I will end up with burnt skin and concavities in the middle of my face I would have left the clinic immediately and refused the procedure. However apart from the fact that this clinic took the liberty to inflict these scars on me they also took the liberty to treat me horribly by basically saying it was me who took the risk of the procedure and that it was me who didn’t do things right, therefore it is me who to blame for the result. This is Face Clinic London for you so be very careful when choosing them or better avoid them all together if you don’t want to be disfigured and then blamed for it.
I have to mention I have been seen by other doctors after that interventions they were all disgusted and intrigued of the results of an otherwise simple procedure.
Also it seems some ''accidental'' scaring happens to particular types of people as judging by the names of those that raised worrying complaints. IT seems that there are categories of people for which ''' patterns of scaring'' happens so i wont be surprised if they are done intentionally and hiding behind the paper they illicitly make you sign. Bunch of sociopathic amateurs!

They are butchers and liars. They treat people really badly and do not take any responsibility for their wrongdoing. You take a big risk if you choose to trust them with your esthetics. It is the biggest regret of my life that I ever enter their door.

"horrible exeprience"

I done a cryotheraphy sessions for some face small warts on my face. I was told that the worst case there will be discoloration to the skin and 2% possibility of scaring. its a few months now and i am practically disfigured. I have brown spots on my face on some of the treated areas and in the miffle of my face i have two very visible scars and two cavities. I am becoming desperate as I have done cryotherapy in the past too in other clinics and it has never been the case of scaring or having spots. the post treatment blisters lastet for maximum two months and they were healing without issues. I went to this clinic to remove very small spots on my face and ended up with bigger signs and scras on my face that affect me pshychologically. this is NOT possible!

Face Clinic London feels like my own bespoke Oasis tucked away in Soho. I know that high quality and privacy are assured and there is always a familiar warm welcome from Hannah on reception. The treatments are the best I’ve had in London. They take the time to make you feel comfortable and at ease before your treatment and really make you feel like you are with friends. I couldn’t recommend Dr Mark and Dr Anita highly enough.
