They send me unsolicited emails. I have unsubscribed many times and I am still getting 3-5 emails a day.

"Traininn: buyer beware of this company"

This company is a joke. I originally ordered my daughter a jumper in the wrong size which was my fault. I paid £5.99 for delivery. I contacted them for the return but the only way you can return is to print their return label which costs £6.99. I didn’t have a printer but they were not interested I even asked for the address to send it back but they refused to give me it. I ordered my daughter the smaller size which was another £5.99 delivery. I managed to get the printed return label. So I had tracking information that they received my return on the 19/04/20 and I tried to ck tact these people for 10 days and they didn’t reply to me as I still didn’t have my money back on Thursday 0705/20 So I contacted PayPal. They sent me a messsge in Friday saying they hadn’t received my return I sent a message back saying well I gave the tracking info that states otherwise. Then I got a cheeky email today 09/04/20 asking me why I opened a dispute with PayPal that they were dealing with it lol yes your dealing with it now because PayPal are on to you. Honestly this company are a complete joke and will never order from them again. So buyer beware
