Rcg scammed me today on 14/08/24 I placed 0.02 lot size on USDZAR about 15 trades and the market went in my favor,and even in my trading view account the market dropped but my trades never went into profit in fact I got stopped out they only left 5 trades running but they are not in profit yet the market is still dropping on trading.Worst Broker Ever Period! Beware of these shady brokers guys.

First dosent have online support,when you make a deposit will take long time to reflect in your account and until today I didn't receive my withdrawal and I have all screenshot of email, Instagram messages and WhatsApp I can prove, this dosent diverse to be called broker.

It's difficult to approve the docs, they ask for it to be stamped and a lot of requirements than other brokers. When you live in Mozambique, a broker based in the neighboring country has a lot of requirements for you to have access to their services, while there are brokers in Australia far away that facilitate and approve the documents, allowing you to make deposits and withdrawals normally without these requirements.

In the last couple of days ,After some profitable trading I wanted to make a withdrawal so they said i need to upload and verify my legal documents but when i do so the say i should try again the was a problem it doesn't want me to upload my documents and i can't make my withdrawal.I wrote an email to their support team i haven't received any feedback even today.I really have a bad experience with this broker

I've never seen a broker with the worst trading experience like RCG Markets. Execution is never accurate. which contributes to losses and there is a hidden commission when closing profitable trades you get less balance than you bargained for.
