After putting a claim into PayPal I received an email from them yesterday stating they have issued a full refund. So, if you used PayPal your money is recoverable.

At least I now know why I didn't get my order or why all of my correspondence has been ignored

"Absolutely shocking company"

Absolutely shocking company! Currently trying to get my money back via PayPal. They replied to my first email when my order was a week late, they told me it was sent out Royal Mail first class so it will arrive but can take 10 days! Royal Mail first class doesn’t take 10 days!! Never received my order, it’s been 4 weeks. They have ignored all my emails and don’t answer the phone. Gone back on to have a look at the website to leave this review and it says “permanently closed” so they have literally done a runner with everyone’s money! They need to be arrested for theft and fraud!

Another bad review for this awful scam of a company! Ordered a personalised christening gift on the 14th of April and received nothing, I've now gone through my bank to do a chargeback! Absolutely disgusting.

Don't even want to give 1 star! I ordered a personalised christening gift on 18th April and have emailed the company 4 times, no reply. Called and left numerous voicemails and yet to have a call back. Now left out of pocket and no gift!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered.

Still waiting for feedback from their customer services for a personalised gift I bought from them in March.

Four emails sent but only the first one warranted a response.

I've now took the case to paypal.
