I ordered an adjustable ring but it's not really an adjustable ring as it's just a piece of what looks like stretchy plastic which I'm sure wouldn't last long also it's too small for my finger. I contacted them for a refund but they never got back to me.

I recently ordered from The Christian Shop and was generally satisfied with my experience. The website was easy to navigate, and there was a wide selection of items. I received my order promptly, and the products, like the Christmas cards and calendar, were of good quality. However, I was slightly disappointed to learn only 10% of the funds from the 'The Trussel Trust' cards go to the charity, as I expected more to be donated. Despite this, the company handled an unavailable item well by including extra gifts, showing great customer service. Overall, a good shopping experience.
