They were very professional in their preparation before the moving of the items took place by laying down covers on the floor so as to not make any mess and to protect the flooring. Moving house is one of the most stressful life moments any of us will experience. In our case, we were downsizing from a house into a flat as my dear husband suffered a stroke and needs to live on one level, so you can imagine how monumental this move has been for us.
Robert and his team - Chris, Slowek and Ross were so kind, thoughtful and caring. Firstly, I wanted to move my artwork and valuable paintings separately. Robert told me, “no problem” and that’s exactly what we did. Robert worked hard on making everything work smoothly.
When we got to the flat I wanted my grandmother’s oriental rug laid down before any furniture. These old rugs are tricky and we were having some trouble getting it to lay flat. Slowek then lifted a corner of the rug and started flapping it to bring air under it like a flying carpet. Everyone got involved and we flapped that rug around until it rested perfectly on the floor with no wrinkles. Brilliant!

Budget moved us in March and we can't recommend them enough. Robert was swift with communication and answering our many questions via email. We arranged for boxes to be delivered prior to the removal so we could pack ourselves. We originally thought we needed a lot of medium boxes but after Robert saw our things, he suggested less medium and more small. He was right! The two men that conducted the actual removal were incredibly efficient. They arrived on time and in less than 8 hours, we were moved into our new flat. Each piece of furniture and box was delivered to the correct room and spot. Nothing was broken and everything was accounted for. 5-star service!

They removed all our furniture and things from the second floor without lift in record time and everything arrived in perfect condition.
