I knew buying a used miner was a shot in the dark. The machine works but barely goes over 380MH/s even with an ac cooled down room with air flow. I’ve tried different set ups in the last few days and nothing seems to be working to up the speed to the 504MH/s they advertised. Yes I got the machine but I will not ever be spending money or recommending BT Miners to anyone I know in the crypto world. I recommend looking into other companies. Trying to keep my cool knowing I just bought a $1500 paper weight.

I paid them and they sent my item quickly. What more can you ask. The whole process was smooth.
The power supply they sent died within a week, but i expected that and wanted a shiny new one anyway. The unit was priced as a deal on the website, good experience all around.

I had no experience initially with setting up a minor pain they have set up a technician that helped me throughout the whole process. Amazing amazing company!

Bought a S9E Antminer. It was very dirty and dented up. Had to spend hours cleaning and inspecting it.

In an industry full of scammers BT-Miners stood out as a company that would stand behind their promises. I was not let down. I am super happy with the my experience and the product. I will buy from them again.

Got a CK5 from those guys, delivered on time and with huge support from their agent. Any question was answered in like 10 mins and they really helped me out ot get miner to me faster than we agreed when i bought it. Will buy again 100%.

"Orders Recieved"

I had 2 very good interactions with this company earlier in the year. My orders were shipped within 2 days. I placed another order recently and they did not ship after the 3-5 days as stated on their website. So I contacted them on their messaging service from their website. They said shipping takes 5-7 days. I am on day 8 and they have not shipped it yet.

If anything changes I will return and change my review.

EDIT1: My order has shipped. Delays were said to be due to equipment not passing in house inspection. I will update once more upon receipt. However, all products i have received from them thus far have been top notch.

Final Edit: Devices have been received, albeit not in one shipment. Some issues arose, but the devices, once running, run wonderfully.
