"They don’t have cars available"

They don’t have cars available. Happened with me quite a few times I have booked a car and could not find it on the location. Called enterprise car club service, they were very slow to respond. Had to wait for 30 mins to hat an operator on call. POOR VERY POOR.

"My full licence is not enough"

I'm going to make this short. Because of covid my licence cannot be renewed. So my government tells me my licence is valid until I can renew it at the earliest July this year. But enterprise car club told me my licence is not valid. I showed them that when I go go renew my license, I'm told that I can't till July. The message also said that my licence is valid. They did not care. So no they are not a covid19 understanding company.
