Started this process the middle of December 2018 and as of March 13th 2019 product still has not shipped for installation as of May all issues have been resolved system is installed enough and running and working very well my system is down and has been for 3 weeks waiting for parts customer service is very poor and very slow the estimates I get is 2 + weeks for the parts to ship

when it came to getting the loan for the solar system Green solar was very helpful, the installation was good as well, installation group was very professional. The unit its self is of good quality
As far as the system producing, it was not as it was explained to me. Solar green indicated that our electric bills would be about only 10% of our current bill but in fact it was 50% to 60%. i am not convinced that the unit was sized correctly.

From the beginning when I was getting information on the system and how it worked and how it would benefit me, I got such wonderful people to talk to me about everything. When I decided to buy, the process was so easy. I had great people to talk to and tell me every step of the way what was going to happen and when it would happen. With the exception of my local city inspectors, everything went as planned and was so quick to install and finish. The gentlemen who I worked with were so nice and didn't mind any question I had and made sure that I understood. They arranged my loan for me with out any complications and that group was great also. I still keep in contact with the crew to see if I have any issues or questions, and that makes me feel comfortable. Couldn't ask for a better company to work with.

Had a good experience with Green Solar Tech, checked out my needs, did a survey of property site to determine how many panels will fit, pricing was determined and finalized. Shipped panels to my location within a month and installation was completed by next month and then operational. Pleased with what I received and glad I got this system when I did.

I found the sales persons very helpful, however the person that installed the panels messed up on two of them, thus delaying our getting on solar by about 2 months. Tthen we found out that we have to have a new meter; that the old one does not accomadate the solar panels. We are waitig on that at this time.
