Chris and Janet were very supportive and caring.

"Rather disappointing"

The funeral director was extremely pleasant and helpful as were staff on the day of the funeral.
However the service provided was disappointing overall. The order of service booklets were poor, despite several efforts on our part to rectify basic problems such as alignment and illegible type. We were disappointed by the very small choice of music at the crematorium and had to supply our own and play it through a speaker - surely it should be possible to use a USB stick with the existing sound system. We also felt that people speaking at the service should have been given a microphone as they couldn't be heard at the back. The service finished more quickly than anticipated - even though we'd had to leave out a hymn we wanted and had been told to keep the eulogies very short.

The whole funeral day was organised very professionally from the beginning. The cortege consisting of the hearse for my mother and 2 limousines for my family paused as requested for a few seconds at my mother's residence for neighbours to pay their respects. Celebrant, Andrew Fox gave a very good service reflecting the life of my mother together with music & photos. All this and finally we were taken to where we would celebrate mum's life. A very nice touch was that the funeral director and staff all wore pink ties. Thank you.

The care that was given to my beautiful wife Ruth by Paula and Jessica. The time they took to listen to stories I had to tell. Having lost my wife so suddenly is heartbreaking for me, Paula and Jessica have help me on a road I’m uncertain about. There are no words to express my gratitude to them both and the Co-Op funeral service.
