I like your products. That being said, I bought your remote start and added the piece to allow me to start the car using my cellphone. Great idea. I was told you were going to have an “Alexa” skill so that as I’m busy getting ready for work, instead of looking for my remote fob or cell phone I could just tell Alexa, start my car, and it would be warmed up by the time I leave for work. But for some reason you haven’t let this happen. I have been reading about how long “it” has been in the works but last time I checked there is still no word from you guys.
If you are worried about security, it wouldn’t make any difference if you used the smart phone app or “Alexa”. Either way if you don’t have the key you’re not able to drive it.
Please allow this Alexa skill to be developed so that owners like myself can enter the 21st century and start our car by asking our AI assistant to do that. Seriously why can’t we just say “Alexa start my car”? If you can give me a reasonable explanation I would like to hear it.
One of the reasons I bought this was to use Alexa to start my car.
Everything else seems to work fine. I would just like to see my car started by Alexa.

Remote starter works well but disappointed that the antigrind feature does not work as indicated in the product information. I called the installer and was explained that I would have to return for additional work and pay $50 for that feature. Seems like this feature should be a basic feature included in the cost of the install.

I love this system but have some minor concerns. When it rains my alarm constantly goes off. Switch shorts out. there are a lot of things I wished worked with my Yukon existing system. 1. My puddle lights do work with this system. 2. Passive arming does not work with this system. 3. Auto door lock does not work on this system. There are other issues but for the most part this system is great.

Average Alarm. Unfortunately had to go back to the installer to re-configure the settings a few times.
It's Not a bad alarm but nothing special.
