"Dissapointed at all"

Looking forward to receive this unique top for this acceptable price ... but ... no VAT or Tax noted on the order means you'll have to pay approx 50% extra living outside GB and ... beside the delivery cost, just to hand over the package, you'll have to pay it double in your own country ... so, be aware ... because of their lack of service, it'll cost you double the price. If you react to their customer service ... no answer is given ... stil waiting after 2 weeks ...

The mystery bag was a bit of fun, only had to send one item to the charity shop (jumpsuit), two dresses were brilliant.

I understand that the items in the lucky dip are non refundable however one of the items had a very obvious print defect on the front which makes the dress unwearable as it looks like I’ve dropped something down the front.
After contacting the customer service I was told that I couldn’t return it.
I didn’t expect that an item that wouldn’t have met quality control would have been sent to a customer, lucky dip or not

"Ripped seam"

Edit: Hotsquash customer service were excellent and offered a full refund on the item. It was explained that this is a known issue with certain jumpsuits and they are rectifying the issue. I do love the Hotsquash clothes and am not put off by this experience.

Jumpsuit bought for wedding. Item fit beautifully and looked really flattering. However, went to put it on just before having to leave to go to a wedding (first time wearing) and the seam ripped below the zip. All seams other than this one were overlocked.

I am going through the peri menopause and the fabric is great in these PJs and the bottoms are so comfy- you feel pretty low sometimes and the comfort is welcome !!

I was disappointed that none of the 4 dresses I ordered were lined which would have made them hang better and why I didn't give 5 stars. Comparing prices to say, Phase 8 where all dresses are fully lined. For the first time in decades I had to buy a full slip to stop the dresses sticking to my tights. However still a good experience
