Rajiv's masterclass is unique in its own way. It's not a cliched session where the mentor gives a two-hour-long speech and you end up confused not knowing what you learned. Being a masterclass on communication, his way of keeping the session interactive, with engaging activities for participants throughout is something that I liked and found to be useful.
