"A scam?"

For years now they have been announcing their opening, but the date just keeps moving ahead.

Added after BV's reply:

I believe June 2016 is the first opening date Barcelona Vaults announced. Blaming COVID, that did not happen until 2019/20, seems to be a dishonest excuse.

If in fact they have opened now, I guess the company is no scam, but instead "only" very unreliable. Not a positive quality in most businesses, and certainly not in the one they are in.
