I should have done more research before enrolling with Henry Harvin. I was offered a course that I never intended to take, and when I brought it to their attention, the course counselor was incredibly rude. They tried to convince me that I had made the mistake, despite me clearly explaining my initial choice. When I escalated my complaint, the so-called escalation manager barely offered any help and suggested I could switch to another course. However, there was no apology, no refund offer, and no real solution. I felt like I was being treated like a fool and that they were just interested in taking my money. To top it off, the quality of the course material was subpar. I can’t believe how unprofessional this organization is. Please save yourself the trouble and find a better provider.

If you’re thinking about taking a course with Henry Harvin, do yourself a favor and run the other way. Their Social Media Marketing program is a complete disaster. After signing up, I was bombarded with calls and emails from counselors who only cared about getting me to pay. As soon as they had my money, I was forgotten.

The instructors were unresponsive and didn’t seem to know the subject matter well at all. I had questions, but the answers I got were either vague or completely useless. The course content was outdated and offered no practical value. I feel like I could’ve learned more by reading a few blog posts than paying for this course. Overall, I feel like I was scammed, and I would never recommend this program to anyone.
