I'm leaving this review 2 years later. Our home buying experience was not great but our mortgage experience with Brent was. He was incredibly responsive, answered every question, and took my many many calls throughout the process. I actually could have gotten a slightly lower rate with another bank but went with Brent because of his excellent customer service.

He treated us with respect and genuine care for our needs. He always kept us in the loop and as first time buyers that meant the world to us helping us navigate the complexity of applying for the home loan. Without a doubt we will be reaching out to Brent when we decide to move again and pursue a new home.
