After speaking with numerous customers service reps and having 4 technicians come to my home, Brittany M is the only one who took the time and effort to resolve my issue. If she hadn’t helped me I was canceling my service with CPI. I am writing a follow up letter to the CEO. I wish all your customer service reps were as proficient as her.

Ogee was extremely professional and polite and certainly made me feel like my issue was her top priority. After calling several times and speaking to different associates I never got the sense that my issue was pressing (I called several times with no resolution) until Ogee took over.

I now have an appointment to rectify my issues and I new appreciation for great customer service. THANK OGEE
