"TCA 13% Love it!"
I heard about this company through Penn Smith on YouTube so I thought I would give the TCS 13% peel a try. I have to say that I am quite impressed. When I do peels through my medical aesthetician, I feel the burn and yet I only seem to peel a little around the corner of my nose. These peels cost about $175 each and so I buy packages of 3 when on special. I have only done one peel with Platinum so far and all I can say is "You have my attention!" Not only did I get the peel I was looking for on my face (neck didn't peel and that's ok), but you should see my fingers, lol! Peeling too. Clearly I need to wash my hands a little longer to rinse of the peel. But this is my learning opportunity and not a slam towards this business.
Overall, I think it is sad that reviewers give one star for issues that are out of Platinum's control, i.e. delivery issues or not reading the instructions. There are a ton of videos on their YouTube site to review so you have an idea on how to use their products; don't guess. When you order, they send you videos on how to use their products, which I like so when the product arrives, you can get a jump start. In short, I'm enjoying the peel, I hope my other skincare products are now able to work even better, and I may even start taking a more seriously look into what other products they offer as they are batting 1,000 with me right now. In short, I would recommend the TCA 13% peel. Thanks Platinum.

"I never received my order"
I never received my order. The seller claims it should have arrived on the 17th of Oktober. Since then there is no contact, no refund. 83,44 $

That's 7 weeks ago. There is no update on the tracking page.
You already know that I didn't receive it, (I didn't get a notification in the mailbox, and no chance of picking it up anywhere). So regardless....You have proof that no package have arrived and have been refusing to refund for what you#ve insured anyways

Overall great company with lots of information for anyone looking to improve their skin.
I've been using their products for about a year and a half. Between TCA peels (9 months of 13% and now a few months of 20%) along with fade bright, retinol, etc, I have not seen the changes I had hoped for. For example, I started this journey with a small sun spot and since I've started using these products my spot has gotten larger (yes, I had it checked out). So I have been bummed that I am not seeing the results I had hoped for.
However, the company is responsive, offers lots of information and guides, which, in the long run, can allow you to learn how to take care of your skin yourself and ultimately save you money.
I've never had an issue with a shipment getting lost.
Only shipping issue I had was recently when a bottle wasn't sealed correctly and I lost a few inches of product. They did credit my account a few dollars though.
Overall, legit company that I have recommended to others looking to take control of their skin care routine.

Extremely serious harmful TCA peel 30%.
I used it beginning of February on my skin and my face skin getting extremely dark and I can’t go outside with my face condition. When I put chemical peel on my face it was terrible burning my skin. I don’t recommend anyone to use their peel.
I’m totally broke now.

So, the insurance which I took out at Platinum Skin Care's behest, didn't pay out (not soon enough after shipping they said ... how does that work especially when a parcel has gone missing and it takes a while to figure that out?). Anyway, and then I brought that to Jen's attention, who then partially refunded me only for the items I purchased. And not for the shipping ... so I am $30+ dollars out of pocket.
I ordered $163 worth of products to be shipped to Greece. Upon purchase a third-party suggestion to insure comes up. Wonder why? Anyhow, after purchase (money off account), another third party emails one to verify one's details (6 emails later which included a picture of myself with my ID (highly personal info) and CC info (also highly personal) in hand before I was verified). Now the parcel is missing. I emailed and Jen at Platinum Skincare said "insurance". I said I don't want to claim in case the parcel arrives (it has been 6 weeks). I phoned US post office (an hour on an international call), who told me the tracking number was not traceable internationally. So since it left the shores of the US, I can't trace the parcel. What the heck?! The insurer has the wrong physical delivery address (no mention of Greece). I told Jen this via email. No further feedback from her. Seems to me that as long as they have my money, they couldn't give a damn about whether I receive the parcel or not. I'm not an American so what do they care. I don't want to claim in case the parcel arrives, but claiming is besides the point. I would have liked them to have sent the parcel so that one can track the parcel from them to me. I have asked Jen for the waybill and nothing has come through. Platinum Skin we-don't-actually CARE - if you are an international customer, don't order here as if the parcel doesn't arrive, because of the insurance (at her behest), she simply passes the buck. My feeling is that they should have sent this with a tracking number that I can follow from them to me. The way they have sent it, leaves me nowhere and Jen at Platinum Skincare simply passes the buck. What is worse, is she doesn't do it actively either, she does it by ignoring one. What she should do is go, terribly sorry, our mistake, we should have sent it with a tracking number. We are sending you another order, this time with a tracking number from us to you. That would be the right thing to do. I am not holding my breath.

So happy with the quality of products and service received. Prompt delivery and quality information available from them about how to use products too. I would recommend them.
