I want to warn all potential travelers to avoid booking a stay at Vacance Nice vue mer panoramique. I had a very unpleasant experience during my stay, and I would like to share my experiences to help others avoid similar situations.

When I arrived at the property at night, I was greeted by a terrible sewage smell that made the stay completely unbearable. However, the problems didn't stop there. When I wanted to take a shower, I encountered sewage water coming up from the drain. Furthermore, the air conditioning wasn't working, and instead, there was an ineffective fan that had to be kept running with the door open, making it impossible to maintain a comfortable room temperature.

The property's pool, which was one of the reasons I chose this place, was in a terrible state. The water was green and cloudy, and it turned out that the pump was broken, rendering the pool unusable. This made the stay even more disappointing.

I contacted the landlord and requested compensation or the option to switch to another accommodation. They offered to let me check out and promised to refund my money. I accepted this offer and left the property immediately. However, all my problems have only escalated since then.

The landlord is now refusing to refund my money, despite their earlier promise. I sought help from booking.com, through which I had made the reservation, but they have also been unable to resolve the issue or secure me compensation. I am now left without my money and without any form of justice.

I strongly advise everyone to avoid booking a stay at Vacance Nice vue mer panoramique. They have proven to be dishonest and deceitful, and they do not uphold their agreements. It is a disappointing and frustrating experience that I want to help others avoid. Please choose a different accommodation to ensure a pleasant and worry-free vacation.
