Adventure Base are excellent-responsive to questions in advance and friendly. Our guides-Lars and Frederico-were amazing and always helpful. Even though we didn’t summit Mont Blanc due to the weather, we had a fantastic adventure and would definitely use Adventure Base again

What a trip! Absolutely loved it from the get go. The AB process was seamless, they gave plenty of information, were extremely personable and always happy to chat.

Lars and Mike were perfect and exactly what we needed from our Guides. Knowledgeable whilst being relaxed and friendly. They really made the trip.

Olly and Virginia were amazing from start to finish and absolutely saved my attempt on Mont Blanc due to another organisation cancelling last minute.

"Mt Blanc - Fantastic experience"

Just came back from Mt. Blanc and the trip organised by Adventure Base was really top-notch.
Our guide Lars was one of the most experienced you can find in the region, and was super caring and calm, which made all of us feel we were in very safe hands.
Virginia from the office joined for part of the trip, and she brought such fantastic energy to the team. I couldn't recommend Adventure Base more. Will definitely book with them for my future adventres! :D

"Excellent course (Intro to Mountaineering)"

Excellent course (Intro to Mountaineering in North Wales). I have done some scrambling in North Wales previously but it was many years ago. So while it was a great refresher I also did routes that I would never have contemplated by myself. Instructors were top class. Good focus on safety with lots of patience! (they needed it with me, knot tying is not one of my strongpoints!).

Adventure in safe hands. They take the planning and organizing out of the way so that you can just get out there under safe guidance and chase your adventure.

Overall the Adventure Base team put together well organised, safe and enjoyable trips. There are always areas for improvement of course, but I unreservedly recommend them as a 'go to' for any mountain type adventures you may have in mind. I also stress that it is wholly incumbent upon you to ensure that you have the right skills, experience and equipment (and knowledge of how to use it) prior to taking on one of the adventures, depending on the level of course, the website is clear. Olly and Charlie are both excellent and are worth talking with to ensure that whatever you are considering to do that you will get the most out of it and you are adequately prepared, not only for your safety, but also for the safety of those in your group so you can all have the maximum amount of fun and enjoyment!

"The Introduction to Ski Touring course…"

The Introduction to Ski Touring course was the perfect course to learn to ski tour. The skiing was really fun and challenging without being too intimidating. The team were incredibly helpful with any questions and overall it was really well run.
It was all really enjoyable and I am looping to book another experience with them in the near future! 10/10 recommend
