Disgusting ignorant company!! Olny delivered 50% of my order! They won't refund me or send out the replacement, they were also taking 4 days to respond to my emails now there just ignoring me altogether, Also they have a contact number that I've been calling for 3 weeks nobody ever answers, classic sign of con men, been 7 weeks and issue still not resolved! DONT ORDER ANYTHING FROM FK SPORTS THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!!!

I ordered white mats over 3 months ago! I have contacted numerous times for a delivery address to return and asked for my refund. I finally got a return address in which I sent the order back but I am still waiting months later for my refund. Every email, live chat and phone call I make is ignored. I am owed over £100 from this company and they won’t refund me back! Do not use this company the mat quality is terrible and nothing like the picture. I will be reporting this company for failing to pay me back.

Avoid, Terrible experience, I have purchased from them through eBay and they have only physically dispatched the item one day after the day I should have received it. As it was a present I had to do last minute shopping as it didn’t arrived on time. After another 4 days it arrived open and parts missing. I have ended up with something I don’t need anymore and is incomplete. After contact the seller he refused to collect and refund my money. Hopefully I will be able to recover my money through eBay buyers protection. I cannot recommend this seller

"Disappointed"

The order arrived very promptly but the colour was way off mark. Having ordered white mats, the ones that arrived are a deep cream/beige colour. I even went back to check that i had not made a mistake. This is a shame as I had intended on ordering other colours in the future.
I did not have enough time to return them as they were ordered for a last minute soft play booking, but unfortunately I had to change the whole layout.
