"Excellent speedy service"

I was having some strange neuro symptoms and couldn’t tell where it was coming from. As a result I had an mri with multiple modalities.
It was over Xmas and getting hold of the report from my uk consultant was difficult due to the holiday period.
My symptoms were not improving so wanted a report. I had been given images on a disc by the mri place.
I contact teleradiology hub via WhatsApp and Dr Stephen led me through the steps and I uploaded my images to google drive.
Dr Kabra was assigned to the report/second opinion and he was brilliant. His report was accurate and matched my UK report which I eventually got hold off after the holidays.
Dr Kabra also allowed for me to ask a virtual question which he answered quickly and effectively.
The service was reasonably priced and when you need a second opinion or report I would not hesitate to recommend this service.

I approached this site with some concern since there arn't that many reviews. I am glad I took on their service. I received nothing but a first rate service. Prompt. Effective. Efficient. Complete. To the point. And my case was complex. And I understand some of the information I am dealing with. And I have socialized medicine where I live. All I can say is that I will continue to use their service because my life is on the line. I do trust them. I know that this review sounds fake, but it is not. If you need an honest review, I wholeheartedly recommend this service. The only hiccup I experienced is their website and e-mail communications, which could use a little bit of improvement (technically speaking). Have patience. On the other hand, it is quite refreshing to be able to communicate with an attentive and professional person as opposed to a sales representative. That's it. If you need a second opinion, this is the service you are looking for.

Your service was very quick with regular updates to let me know progress. The price was a little more than I was hoping to pay but I wanted it to be reviewed by radiologists with more years of experience. Radiologist panel was from Argentina and India with a knee specialist.
