Virkelig god, hurtig og personlig service. Jeg havde nogle spørgsmål til en taske (Allana), og jeg fik lynhurtigt svar pr. mail. Uopfordret tilbød de desuden at customize kæden til tasken, så jeg fik den præcis i den længde, der passede til mig. Og bedst af alt, så levede tasken helt op til forventningerne. Farven og størrelsen var fuldstændig som håbet ud fra billeder og beskrivelse på hjemmesiden. På trods af den specialtilpassede kæde modtog jeg min fine nye taske få dage efter bestilling. Nu mangler jeg bare en fest, så tasken kan komme i brug :-)

I have been Naledi customer for years now and have a number of their beautiful handbags, laptop bag, phone holder and a silk scarf. The brand is fantastic: super quality of products (I still use the first handbag I ever bought 10 years ago), well thought through design and style that never goes out of fashion.
Customer service is also fantastic.

I've recently purchased the Jolie Grande in the color " Cobalt" - the customer service was excellent with my additional questions on the color tone. Once ordered, the bag arrived promptly and neatly packaged as described. The bag has an excellent weight, feel, and the workmanship speaks to the quality of the purse.
