"No response, not possible to return"

Delivery was very fast, some long distances throughout Europe, compliments FedEx. Unfortunately, no compliments to the Zooode store.
The shoes I received were too big for me, and besides, the soles make a loud squeaking sound when you walk. I wrote a letter to zooode's email and facebook profile with a request to return the item. I received no response.
I do not recommend, do not let yourself be fooled by this store.
I will come to south Italy and you will need to face me.

What is (unfortunally) VERY bad:
If the shoes does not fit and you like to return: No answers to mails, no service how to return, in the end no possibility to return the shoes.

Finally you got shoes, you have paid for but does not fit. So, if you really know your shoe sice, you can order without any doubt. But If you are not really shure about your shoe size (and unfortunally moma shoes are bigger than others with same shoe sizes) - don´t order !

I ordered 2 pair of shoes which I returned them well within the 14 day period in fact within 2 days and I have confirmation from my local postal office that you have indeed received the return but you have not confirm this with myself or Klarna for the outstanding invoice that is open. Per Klarna they have well paid you for the shoes and you have not repaid them the money owed for these shoes. I find this totally not acceptable to the point that I even re-ordered with you for the correct size which I received and paid for. This is so not an acceptable practice from you.
I have sent several emails, chats via whatsapp and no response. How can you get 5 stars when you cannot respond to your customers?
