Today 25th October I tried changing a letter on the recipients name on the envelope only not the card,from Mr to MS but the operator I spoke to stated it could not be changed,the order was made last night and customer services opened at 9am I rang at 9.15am. When Stated I would not use the services of card town again she replied no problem,great customer service.Will definitely never use again,inexperienced staff who cannot be bothered to accommodate you or offer any customer service at all,plenty of others which will provide a much better service and variety. You have been warned................

Really good service, and the quality is fantastic, the only card that stood out. The website is easy to use and they have lots of templates that you can upload pictures of people to.

I have bought a few cards from Card Town and they have all been lovely - good quality card, wonderful colours and very quick delivery. I have 'liked' their facebook page so I hear about any offers that they have and see what cards I will be needing in the near future. The prices are good (recently all large cards have been 50p just for an hour that day) and my family love receiving personalised cards - especially the kids!

I'm a convert to ordering cards online but as my one sentence above says they failed to print the inside message on my last order which was confusing as the recipient had no idea where the card came from.

On the upside they always posted when they said they would and customers service returned my payment promptly but by the time the problem was discovered the special day had already passed with the card recipient thinking I had forgot them!

I first used card town when they had an unbelievable offer of each card for 11p! I was in a hurry to order and in my haste forgot to upload the picture for my personalized card!! I called customer services and good as gold they credited me £5 to my account!! My initial order hadn't even come to that!! Great company, great friendly and helpful staff and great cards!!
