"SMSTS Weekend Course Feedback"

I’ve just completed the SMSTS weekend course, delivered over two full weekends and a final Saturday. The time management was excellent – everything ran smoothly and stayed on track. The tasks were challenging, but very effective in preparing me for future site management responsibilities. Darren led the course brilliantly – not only was he clear and well-organised, but also brought great energy and a sense of humour that kept everyone engaged. His revision sessions really helped key points stick – I’ll never forget the word “avoid”, although it definitely doesn’t apply to this course or to Darren’s teaching!

I did my SMSTS refresher training with Paul Stott, fantastic instructor, fabulous communication, shame he is from the wrong side of the Pennines but at least he's not a Red, would highly recommend both Paul and Goldcross.
