Luke is a fantastic PT who offers you encouragement, extensive knowledge and results. I trained with Luke for both PT sessions and Boxing Coaching.
For the gym sessions he understood what I needed from the sessions, also helping me push forward to complete exercises I wasn’t confident I could perform. He was super encouraging and crafted a great plan to achieve results. Sessions are always fun and really engaging and you will always enjoy the session, knowing you have worked hard.
The boxing sessions are really engaging, he is knowledgeable, instilling a good foundation to gradually build on good technique. Sessions can be tailored to your skill level and improvements in your form and technique were achieved quickly.
I would definitely recommend Luke to anyone, whether you are a new starter to the gym or an experienced gym goer focusing on a new goal.

I have been training with Luke for over a year now initially as a means of self defence. I attend classes as well as 1:1 sessions weekly and find my fitness and confidence levels have gone up a lot I really enjoy the sessions and feel I have also learnt quite a lot. Luke makes the sessions fun, focuses on what you need to learn as an individual and often switches things up so it's never repetitive. Highly recommend

I joined the gym the wrong side of 30 and felt out of place but Luke was so supportive of my goals and joining his Woman's boxing class was the easiest decision I've made. He has the perfect combination of support and encouragement, the goals I thought were unreachable suddenly aren't.

"I've never really enjoyed the gym…"
I've never really enjoyed the gym before mainly because I was completely out of my depth. I was too scared of what others would think of me when they all seem to know exactly what to do . Last year I was told by my physio I needed to start strength training at the gym to save my knee.... oh my god that would mean having to walk in a busy gym with everybody looking at me ... the fear set in and the doubts circled my mind , but I pulled my big girl pants up and did it. I completely bypassed the gym and headed straight to the classes .... I felt nobody looked at me in there. But I really wanted to make use of the gym and that's where Luke literally saved me, he gave me confidence I never knew I had.
I can honestly say since having Luke as a PT he has not only made me stronger physically and mentally, he has grown my confidence ten fold , not to mention my physical appearance which is the best it's ever been.
If it wasn't for Luke I think I would never of gone into the gym.
Luke always listens to me and somehow knows exactly how far to push me making me that much stronger . Our sessions are always fun but of course we still work hard and I always walk away with a huge smile and sense of achievement.
Luke has made me understand the importance of nutrition and correct eating habits .
I would absolutely recommend having Luke as a PT he is not just a coach he is a life changer .
