I asked for an item before Christmas which was quicker than their normal lead time. It also turned out the pattern I liked was out of stock. Sarah went through stock and found a piece of the pattern I liked and asked for the dimensions of the Bible which the cover was for. Turned out she had just enough. All this was up and beyond the call. I recently received the Bible cover I ordered, well before Christmas, and it was beautiful and perfect fit. I highly recommend!
