"Its easy and simple but has very little functionality"

Its an easy simple software to use. I would say its too simple and basic and I wished there was more to it especially for the document section in an employee profile. You are able to add documents easily; however, if you have a lot of documents for the employees it gets to the point that you have to scroll an eternity to get to whatever document that is needed. I wish there was a function that allows the admin user to create folders in the documents section in an employee profile and even create subfolders so we can separate documents by year within the main folder. That way it will look a whole lot cleaner in the document section of the employee profile and we would be able to find them easier. It would also be useful to be able to move documents from the document section to another tab within the employee profile without having to re-download the file to the computer. Furthermore, the documents tab where all the custom made forms or other signable documents are stored in I wish that had more usability to it besides a hub for signable forms and to "share" those forms with others. I wish its function was more like a one drive or google drive hub where you can share or grab saved documents from there instead of having to download whatever document that is needed to a folder on our desktop computer or laptop. I wish that when I am in the document section of an employee profile and I hit the add document button there is an option to either grab documents from our desktop computer or from the Eddy HR document section. When making any notes or admin notes I wish it sent a notification to that said admin users personal or work email instead that person won't know until they decide to look in that section and they will say "Oh there is an important note that I need to take care of, wish I knew about it sooner." Lastly, I would love if the software had a function to change the font color or bold font in the note or comments section in an employee profile. As it sits now its just regular font and it tends to blend in with everything else so nothing stands out even if it is an important note or comment.

Overall, this software has too many limitations to it. Its simple, functions, and its easy to use BUT FOR A SMALL BUSINESS OR COMPANY. There are too many hoops to jump through when moving documents from one tab to another. There are many moments where it lags and it is slow to update the changes you make even even though you have fast internet. In all, I am not a big fan of this software and I hope they can make this software have more functionality to it instead of how it is now which is too simple, basic, users have to make too many work arounds to get what they need out of it.
