Love this make up, great coverage and lasts all day. The only issue I have is it doesn't have SPF... Other than that, it's fantastic...

Order never received. Email to CB to follow up on tracking - still awaiting response. Receiving mails to confirm fantastic offers on the same products I’m still waiting for and paid a higher price for. Then received survey to ask how I feel about my recent order which I still didn’t get.

I expect it will turn up at some stage but every order takes tracking down and follow up and big delays in getting them which is really disappointing with such a lovely product line. Also, the order always arrives just as the same products are further discounted, I always feel that I’ve been cheated.

"Very bad customer service."

Very bad customer service.
I was waiting for my order to arrive and it was sent to the wrong house. I contacted DPD and they said it was not their issue as they went by the address on the order label, which was where they delivered. I checked my order and it was definitely the right address so was an issue with their supplier.
I went out of my way to inform the carter beauty team about this issue as it could be a major problem. A week later they had not relied and I emailed again. In their response they asked if I received the package even though i had explained that I did receive it in my email. It was as if they didn't even read my email.
Very disappointing.

Delighted with my quality makeup products which arrived in good time. One item was incorrect and when I contacted them about it they responded immediately and provided the correct item along with a complimentary mask (very thoughtful). Thank you so much Ronan from customer service for all your help.
I could not recommend the product and service enough. I will definitely buy more in future!
