I inherited Cyan at a new company but have found them a really super company to work with. As a starter, they are incredibly accessible - always on the end of the phone, coming back really quickly on queries or problems and working things through to the end. They provide a range of support and expertise for our small (9 people) team and have helped us with project implementation for things like moving our phone system over to Teams and using Sharepoint in place of local servers. They never duck a question, never make us feel daft or needy and are super friendly and helpful. For a small company this sort of support is much appreciated and is delivered at a cost that is affordable and well controlled.
