I ordered two 1x1m pictures. I like the pictures, but I don‘t like running after an invoice. I still have no invoice, the payment was made weeks ago and the art is already hanging in my home. I don‘t understand why I can‘t receive an invoice yet. Normally you receive it instantly after paying.

Happy with the artwork but dispatching times and customer service were unsatisfactory.

"Schlechte Qualität und Kundenservice"

Wir haben am 12.06 ein Poster bestellt. Online sah es wie ein sehr schöner Druck aus. Als es ankam, waren wir enttäuscht von der Qualität. Es sieht aus, als wäre es schlecht kopiert worden (unscharf, kopierrand, alles in allem einfach nicht wie auf dem Bild von der Webseite).

Wir haben versucht über das Kontaktformular, die Emailadresse und Instagram Kontakt zum Verkäufer aufzunehmen, bislang ohne Erfolg. Wir werden jetzt versuchen, das Geld über Paypal zurück zu fordern bis wir Antwort vom Unternehmen erhalten.
