Got in contact with Lee Flynn in 2022 about some business handsets. Gave us a great deal, straight to the point and really helpful. Accommodated a few of our additional requests without issue. Contacted him again recently for another handset, one phone call and a few emails and it's all done - quick turnaround and great customer service. Recommend for businesses.

I received a call from a private mobile number with this business name, with the caller mentioning my name and business name, saying I was in contact a year ago. Well, I never have been as per my records, and I have requested this business not call me again.
I suspect someone from the business took a chance by searching other business names for a cold calling opportunity. That isn't smart and very deceitful. Wouldn't recommend them at all, this business should be flagged for deceitful cold calling activities. Can't believe the positive reviews on here!

I spoke with two different companies in an effort to upgrade my iPhone. At Pure Communication I had 3 or 4 conversations with Lee and the contrast between his approach and the salesman at the other place was night and day. I'd go from one conversation that was a classic, pushy and over the top pressure sale to dealing with Lee, which was like chatting to a friend who had my best interests at heart. I appreciate Lee has a job to do and sales to make but he conducts himself with a class that you will rarely get to experience in sales these days. Regretfully I made a decision to go with a refurbished phone elsewhere (not with the pushy guy) in order to reduce my costs. I say regretfully because I would have really liked to have given Lee my business but unfortunately needs must. Thanks again Lee for all your efforts.
