My first dealings with this company were fine but so were the products.
On the one and only occasion a product was unacceptable they used every excuse imaginable to deny responsibility. First to lay the blame on their suppliers (you know the sort of thing we only sell them someone else ships them so it is not our responsibility.) Having explained that this was nonsense under the Sale of Goods Act they changed tack and agreed to replace or refund if I sent the item back at my expense.
I thought they would be trustworthy but on receipt accused me of everything but stopping just short of telling me straight that I had used it. In my mind their actions in blaming me claiming it was dirty, covered in hair etc. Needless to say they refused a refund and refused to return it to me unless I also paid the return postage.
They still have or should have it because it is mine and perhaps they would like to confirm they do. To date I have not had the confidence to trust them to return the item I sent to them in an unused condition in the same condition.
So, I feel you should think twice and only do ahead with a purchase with fingers crossed it arrives in good condition.
