Adopted my dog Bud from Woodside, process was straightforward with appropriate checks on us to make sure we were suitable for him. Attended training classes once we had adopted and these were excellent.

I have adopted 3 rabbits from Woodside. Lawrence, Lily and Nugget. I met all 3 before adopting. They advised me about all their likes and dislikes, what toys they like and what food they were eating. I have had rabbits for years but hadn't ever adopted them before. Woodside made me feel very happy with this decision and I knew if I had any issues they were there to advise. I now have Lawrence bonded with his girlfriend Harley, Lily with Toby and Nugget who doesn't like other rabbits has really come out of her shell and loves lot of fuss and her toys.

Had my two furbaby kittens from woodside last july time. The staff were very helpful explaining that they need to be rehomed together as poppy was very timid and was very clise to her brother Noodle. They also gave me advice on what ti feed them and make sure yoy realise they would need to be spayed and nutered so as not to cause anymore animals to be looking for a home. My babies have really made themselves at home and Poppy gas cone out of her shell no end she just neeced a bit of time and love.

We adopted our puppy from there 2 years ago. I was initially sceptical of dogs but they reassured me & I have never looked back. Even now when we visit they remember her & make us feel welcome.

"Cannot see the dogs"

The last time I went up there you could only get in one block to see the dogs. I appreciate space is needed for dogs not ready for adaption but if you can't see them how can they get adopted.
Currently on the website there are 7 dogs, I'm sure not all the dogs are on the website.
How can you ask the reception about dogs that you don't know are there.
