Went to Hillington branch for a 3kg bag of ultra tile grout charged me £10 though it was a bit dear went home did a search every one else sells it for £7 max or less one less customer going back there feel ripped off

We have shopped here a few times and should have written a review a while ago we have always been helped by a lady called Jayme who is fantastic always willing to go the extra mile with perfect service.We were allowed to take home a large tile to see how it looked in our home before buying this sort of service makes such a difference.

Just had my bathroom completed and my tiles are stunning! The lady with the sunglasses was really helpful and didn't mind me asking loads of questions. Also the guy who I think was called Danny lifted them all in the car for me. Would highly recommend paying them a visit as they have the best range in Hillington... and we did to loads of shops but kept coming back to Crocatile ☺️

Really disappointing service.
We ordered & paid for tiles on Friday 17th Feb & were told they'd be in "Tuesday or Weds of next week" so we booked our tiler. No phone call from Crocatile. We had to phone eventually to chase, just before tiler was due, only to be told then that the tiles were out of stock. After SEVEN weeks, several phone calls from us and 2 further visits to the shop, we cut our losses and asked for a full refund. Then the guy in the shop had the extraordinary cheek to claim that they had kept us fully informed. No, you didn't!
Of course stock issues can occur, but communication is important - as is a proper apology when communication is lacking. Very disappointing.

"Incorrect calculation of hex tile and a long delay in delivery"
We purchased Hexagonal block white tiles from Crocatile earlier in the year. However the company had totally mis-sold the tile by applying the incorrect maths formula to work how how many tiles would be required to cover
1sqm. So whilst we believed we paid and ordered 11sqm they only delivered 8sqm. When I raised this with the salesman over the phone he told me that I was wrong and the label on the tile boxes was wrong. Crocatile were telling me 2 boxes (40tiles in total) covered 1 sqm. The label on the tile boxes said 1 box gave me "0.33 sqm coverage" therefore Crocatile were supplying 2 boxes for 1sqm instead of 3 boxes, which would have been the correct number.
I had to spend a lot of time doing the maths and write lengthy emails back to Crocatile to get them to understand and accept that there had been a huge error on their part. Once they accepted they agreed to deliver the 3sqm of tile they should have delivered to begin with only they didn't have my tile in stock so we had to wait. The staff did do their best to resolve issues, but we still had to chase our order for months. Brexit and a shortage of HGV drivers was given as an excuse for the delay. Eventually the tile was delivered, months after the order was placed. Crocatile had given us free delivery on this occasion but failed to acknowledge the massive inconvenience they caused us as the bathroom project was delayed by a significant number of months. No compensation or letter of apology offered.
I won't order from Crocatile ever again.

Worst company I've ever dealt with ordered tiles for myself and my mum hers were due to be delivered Fri 13th Aug and mine the 16th I phone when it turned 3pm and said she was not down for delivery after assuring them this was wrong as I had the paperwork in front of me they then assured me they would get them delivered an hour later they called to ask if it could be Monday morning we said yes as long its first thing as the plumber and tiler were arriving at 8am they said no problem 9.30am no show so contacted them to be told the driver was stuck in traffic and wood arrive soon 10.45 still no show called again and they spoke to the driver who had said he just arrived I then asked about my own delivery as I stay 5mins drive from my mums house they said they would get back to me 3pm I phoned and asked again about my delivery was assured it would turn up surprise surprise they never did no phone call no apology shop opened 9am the following day no contact from them so had enough drove in and requested a full refund which they did and even when I explained why still no apology. I will never use them again absolute shambles 😡ps got other tiles no problem and retail staff and delivery were fantastic 👏
