Helped my mother order Naproxen. She had immediately previously been prescribed this by GP but was having delay getting an appointment. Order went through fine for 24 hour delivery. We waited and waited and days later eventually happened to check bank account and only then noticed Oxford had refunded us but had not told us, no email, no phone call. Left us in a really difficult situation by lack of basic communication
