The most helpful sales and customer service I've experienced from charity insurance, and for that matter any other insurance broker. They found the best priced policies, explained in clear terms what was required, and what not, as well as saving money on my premium. When I needed extra cover they arranged it without a problem. Not 5 star though much better. You have all to gain and nothing to lose by asking them to provide you with a quotation, and if you move your business to them you can be sure of excellent service.
