I was a bit skeptical at my first purchase but I took the risk and when the products arrived I was really impressed by the quality and even the packaging.

I placed an order with Nihao.com and had an awful experience. After weeks of waiting, I checked the tracking only to see the package had bizarre movements—shipping from China to Jamaica, back to China, then Jamaica again. It made no sense, and I never received my order.

Customer service kept telling me to “just wait.” After months of this, I opened a PayPal dispute to get my money back. Then Nihao told me they wouldn’t ship my order unless I canceled the PayPal complaint—which felt really wrong. I forwarded this message to PayPal, and thankfully they sided with me and issued a refund.

Bottom line: I wouldn't trust this site. If a company refuses to fulfill your order unless you drop a refund claim, that’s a huge red flag.
