Worked like a charm. I was very skeptical that this would work at all. If you follow their instructions and do what they say, it works. My ticket was in a school zone and it still was dismissed. Very happy with the outcome.

This is the second time around with them helping me in a 2 year span. First experience was great, they lower the outrageous cost of the ticket as well as got traffic school. So no points on my driving record. This time is a speeding ticket 🎟️ so confident it will be handled as before. I would most definitely recommend them.

"The service is pretty bad"
The service is pretty bad, don't waste your time. You are better off finding an actual attorney for perhaps $100 more. They tried with my cellphone ticket, which was a pretty easy and straightforward ticket to do; however, they failed, and I was still charged and paid the fine. They use an automatic intake form which sucks and does not do a good job of taking your case info. Overall, please don't waste your time here.

I caution potential customers to be aware that the standard defense package does not include protection for future tickets. That is an additional feature, which is offered at an additional $29. What is not disclosed is that you are agreeing to a yearly membership of protection that renews at $59. You have to cancel it before it renews.The sales representative made it seem like the standard package included the protection for a year. At no point was it made clear that it was an additional feature-let alone a yearly subscription. Per the terms of the agreement, the sales rep must disclose the terms EXACTLY as they are written which did not happen. This practice is misleading and potential customers must be weary of a business that chooses to conduct business in that manner.
