It is against the rules accordning to Danish Purchase Law, that an online dealer withdraw the money WITHOUT physically shipping the goods first. The same rules apply within EU.

jwhisky.de withdraw the money for Bestellung Nr. B100027344 without actually shipping any goods.

Also It does NOT APPEAR on the retailer's website, that their team is at a so-called Whiskey auction.

The dealer gave the following answer, when I asked them about when the would ship my order, that I placed 14. september 2023:

"Dear Mr. Hansen

Thank you for your email. Your order will be shipped next Monday at the latest.
We are sorry for the delay, as we are the whole weekend on a whiskey trade fair."

I will higly reccomend all buyers to look for other options to buy Whiskey, in order to avoid any issues with your online purchase.

I have written to this dealer and asked them to cancell my order, and I have also contacted my bank where I have disputed the payment.
