"DHL – The "Express" Disappointment"

What I Paid For:

"Guaranteed" 2-day international delivery

Package tracking with real-time updates

Professional handling

What I Got:

A package that toured 4 countries before arriving (2 weeks late)

Tracking that said "Out for delivery" for 5 straight days

A box that looked like it was used for soccer practice

Customer Service Response:
"Sometimes delays happen. Have a nice day!"

"Paid for "express" shipping"

Paid for "express" shipping – my package took 2 weeks to arrive (should’ve been 3 days). Tracking showed "in transit" the whole time while customer service just said "wait longer."

When it finally arrived:

Box looked like it was kicked across the warehouse

Water damage on the documents inside

Zero accountability ("not our problem")

Only "pro":
At least the delivery guy called before coming this time.

Verdict:
If you enjoy stress and wasting money, DHL is perfect. Otherwise, pay extra for FedEx/UPS.

"Half a week delay"

Half a week delay, no updates, absolutely no way to speak to anyone about it, phone “service” just hangs up. Atrocious.

"DONT use this company"

This company is not only unprofessional, but take no responsibility for their bad service, even with pictures of boot prints on the packaging they still say the damage to the product was nothing to do with them, so unless you are sending something unbreakable don’t bother with this firm

"Od 2 miesięcy czekam na paczkę z..."

Od 2 miesięcy czekam na paczkę z zagranicy i myślałem że po prostu tyle czasu zajmuje doręczenie. Okazuje się że po prostu nie dostałem informacji od DHL o tym że paczka jest gotowa do odbioru. Teraz muszę kombinować żeby ją odzywać bo szczerze to nawet nie wiem co się z nią aktualnie dzieje :)

"Absolutely the worst company I have…"

Absolutely the worst company I have dealt with. Unable to track my item, and trying to get hold of someone is impossible. I would strongly discourage anyone from using DHL. Royal Mail is far more efficient and you can track your item. This is not the first time either.

"Very bad service."

No communication as to why my delivery had not been delivered on the day promised.
Unable to speak to a human atall!
Found out from my supplier that my parcel had been loaded on a van & subsequently unloaded twice.
Only after emailing the CEO's office did the parcel arrive 2 days late!
Very poor service.

"Worst service ever …"

I don’t even have words for the worst service ever , I waited in for a phone that was being delivered for my son, well there was 3 of us in . Just by chance I noticed a white van drive past our house with driver phone in hand filming , I actually thought something was very dodgy . I text my son who is in the army to say have you got a delivery time yet and he said no they have said they attempted delivery ??? Suddenly put 2 and 2 together and realised that was the van that drove past , luckily we have cameras that filmed all of this and quite clearly shows the exact time he stated he had delivered was when he drove past taking pictures which he then sent as proof of attempted delivery, even the pictures are shaky as he was driving and don’t even attempt to ring on our door to deliver . To make matters worse my son had so say missed the 1st delivery 3 days before as they stated then that none answered so he decided to go back on footage for that day too and the exact same thing no attempt just drove past taking pictures of our house ???? How this company is in business and why you would use them is beyond me , all this proof with the footage is being sent to them after speaking to customer services who did locate the driver who said he did knock ??? Should have checked first for any ring doorbell or cameras before he lied as the proof is all there , just don’t understand why someone would do this ???

"Very appalled by DHL service"

Very appalled by DHL service; I would rate 0 if I could. DHL was meant to deliver my mom’s item to her yesterday but never did; waited till end of day to send a text saying they couldn’t locate the address which is obviously a big lie. Seriously, could have called her number if they were truly in the area and couldn’t locate house.

I rescheduled delivery to today and the timeframe passed, no show. Called customer service several times and couldn’t get hold of no one (does the customer service even work at all?). Later got hold of them and were told they cannot deliver item today. Like what a joke, you can’t even stick to your goddam delivery slot?
Mom had to go pick up the item from one of their depot given how urgent we needed the item.
Such a joke of a company!
