I ordered face masks from them....no confirmation letter....when I inquired about order status, they said they no longer ship out to Hawaii. Why didn’t they let me know when I ordered. Take your chances.......
Update.....they have contacted me, said there was confusion about shipping to Hawaii and said order has been shipped. Will update when/if I receive product.

This is the first time I have ordered from this company and it will be the last. When my order did not arrive within the 9 day time frame I contacted the company and they said they would send out a replacement by expedited shipping. I still have not received my order.

I got an email blast w/ deals of the day. A 2 pack rubbermaid protein shaker cups $5. A 3 pack white T-shirts $3. So I get the PKG finally, one cup, one shirt. I called and I'm told I'm wrong, I somehow misread not once, but twice, what it said. I'm not an idiot. So be real careful and take a picture of what it says if u order from this fraud company

I have made several orders from Deal Genius. All had no issues up until my last order. I received two damaged items. I reached out and heard back the same day requesting photos. I replied back and after several days heard nothing. I sent a follow up email. A few days later, still nothing. I then sent a NEW message over their website regarding a follow up - NOTHING. I loved this company and planned on ordering more, but seeing how they respond (or lack there of) when there is an issue has made me decide to take my business elsewhere. Such a shame.

Poor service after the sale. Sent the wrong size items. Attempts to contact resulted in NO response from customer service. Also took 31/2 weeks to ship a small PKG.

Bought a pair of rubber overshoes from dealgenius on ebay which were misrated for sizing. Amazon reviews for that product are full of complaints about wrong sizing information. By the time I tried them, too late to leave bad feedback. Dealgenius advised they would take a return, but would not pay return post for a misdescribed product & did not state whether I would receive a FULL refund. Their duplicate response thru the ebay system shows that they are more interested in protecting their feedback than picking honest products, vs those they can make money on by underselling everyone else. Costs nearly as much to return as I might get back, so just tossed them.
