We have used the services of Valkyrie on several occasions now and every single time they are such a joy to deal with. Helpful from the moment you enquire with assistance running through all the logistics and arrangements, and then to the journey itself which is always so prompt, reliable and dependable, you are taken in style, comfort and safety and have all the stress of the journey completely taken away. Would thoroughly recommend!

Right from the initial enquiry Leigh-Ann was helpful, reassuring and friendly. Our driver, John, arrived early and it was so appreciated, he couldn't have been friendlier, helping us to put a wheelchair in the boot which we hadn't even discussed at booking and even dropping a guest at a location different to the initial booking. The 7 seater was sparkling clean outside and in, with water, tissues and the charging points even had the different cables to use so you don't have to worry about bringing your own. We didn't use many vendors for our wedding but I'm so glad we chose Valkyrie Chauffeurs for our transport because they couldn't have done more for us. Thank you.

"Car organised for my son's wedding"

Car organised for my son's wedding. My son called to see if the driver could arrive any earlier - the driver said he would come 20 mins earlier. Then they tried to charge me £25 plus VAT as an 'admin' charge for this minor change - despite the fact that this was not raised when my son called. When I challenged this they tried to claim that my son had spilt some champagne in the car (not previously mentioned). This was a greatly exaggerated complaint - the driver had braked quite hard causing my son's wife to spill a glass of champagne on her trousers and a small amount on the carpet. The aggression of the charging policy and the general unreasonable attitude of the company are clear red flags - beware!

The reply below was my initial email reply. There then followed 'champagnegate' and the belligerent attitude generally. This is the problem with outfits like this - they destroy any residual goodwill with their approach to the 'small print' in the contract and what appeared to be a wholly disingenuous allegation to justify a ridiculous charge. I use chauffeured cars very regularly - I have never come across such a petty attitude.

I used Valkyrie Chauffeurs for a six month period while I had surrender my driving licence due to a medical incident.

Throughout that period they provided a superb high-quality service. Nathan and Leigh-Ann are justifiably protective of their brand and their drivers and vehicles are carefully selected to maintain that.

If you have the perception that this maybe a high class taxi service, then it's far far more than that. There's a level of customer care and engagement that really elevates this to a premium service.

It has been a delight to use Valkyrie Chauffeurs for the last six months, and although I'm pleased to be driving myself again I will miss my journeys with them

I enjoyed a most comfortable and pleasant journey to the airport exactly on time as planned. Nathan’s car is spotless and his driving is exemplary. It was the best most relaxed start to a long day’s travelling ahead Valkyrie have first class communications so I felt reassured from my first enquiry. I shall certainly be using this service in future. Worth every penny.

Excellent service from beginning to end. It was a special dinner evening for my wife and I. We both think Nathan's approach is very professional and provides an exceptional value-for-money customer experience. The S-Class Merc was immaculately presented and driven to perfection as expected. This is the level of quality experience you would expect for a perfect night out. I left my cell phone in the car when we got dropped off. I rang it later on and Nathan quite happily offered to bring it to me while we were dining. Overall I would have no hesitation in recommending Valkyriechauffeurs.
