"My Experience with Crosea Brand"

I recently engaged with a company calling themselves Crosea Brand (operating through croseslimited.com and croseagifts.com). I provided them with a 3D model and reference images to ensure they understood the quality I expected. Initially, Crosea Brand quoted me $450 for producing a sample resin model. However, after I paid, they unexpectedly asked for an additional $600—raising the total to $1,050—claiming the model was more complex than anticipated. Since they had all the necessary details before giving me the initial quote, this price increase to 230% of the original did not seem justified, and I asked for a refund.
They then agreed to proceed at the original quote, but when they sent me pictures of the sample, it was nothing like what we had discussed. In my opinion, the quality was extremely poor, resembling something a child might produce with a dated printer, and it clearly did not appear to be resin-cast as promised. Given that the full project would have been worth tens of thousands of dollars, I could not risk working with a company that considered this level of quality acceptable or that might again raise the price after receiving payment. I requested a refund again, and at that point, they stopped responding to my emails and cut off all communication, which was highly concerning.
(EDIT: After a month of no communication, I posted my review. Only then did they respond, threatening to sue me for what they called 'slander.' I maintained that my review simply reflected my honest experience. After a few more emails, they finally agreed to provide a refund.)"
