I have purchased miles from AirMiles HK multiple times now. Though sometimes difficult to get a hold of due to time zone differences. They always deliver the promised miles.

First I had a bit of doubt coz of upfront payment, but then just comfort feeling. Did directly as second transaction and still perfect.

Asked to purchase Qatar and SIA miles on WhatsApp.

I also asked if they could buy Cathay tickets for me as another company did.

They replied that they had stocks of Qatar and SIA miles, followed by silence.

Followed up with them a couple of days later, the message status turned READ but never heard back from them.

At the end, I bought the Qatar and SIA miles from another company, which is located in New York. Despite the time zone issue, they replied very fast.

What make things funnier is that they replied this review: "this is not true, you have asked us for a service which we do not offer, going over your trust pilot profile shows a serial complainer, i will provide all screen shots to trust pilot to remove your UNAUTHENTIC BITTER REVIEW".

I only write reviews for companies and serivces that I have terrible experience. Is this a problem to you? I gave them one-star reviews, AND other ppl give them low scores too. Is this your ONLY "evidence"?

Eran was really good. I was a bit afraid to start with but they were quick and efficient with dialogue. They have an office in NY they work with hence why they give you points during NY hours.
