Excellent products and service second to none, I received a call to inform me an item I'd ordered was out of stock and the offer of a more than suitable alternative as well as a recommendation to swap another product that might be more suitable for one item I'd ordered. I received my parcel the next day, much quicker than I'd anticipated and all biodegradable. The pricing of the Paul Mitchell products is the most reasonable I've found and I'll be purchasing from Earthly Love again and recommend without hesitation.
