Was referred by a friend. Of course skeptical at 1st sending a large amount of money from SA one needs to be cautious. The team at Mercury was reassuring, being aboard the team had no issues with me communicating to me via what's app.

Of course, the cycle continues word of mouth when telling my friends about Mercury the 1st question ' are they legit ' yes they are :)

Please note that you need to find out from your receiving bank if they use intermediate banks and what the commission rate is that your receiving bank will charge you, even if you opt for the option in SA to have your fees covered.

Secure and swift services never had any problems and trusted staff. However the platform would greatly benefit from a self booking of trades as communication between a customer and the company can take half a day which in forgien currency terms is a long time....speeding up the contact time would make the service parallel to none...in the mean time however I would definitely use and recommend them for anything over £500 worth...
