I have a highly sensitive system so I began with only half a dose for my first month. All I can say is wow! The difference in my cycle and brain fog are astounding. I normally have 3 or more full blown, debilitating, migraine days at the start of my cycle. This month I had a mild headache for 1. I'm now switching to a full dose and can't wait to see the continued improvements. I fully expected to need 3 months or more to notice anything.
Full disclosure: I had been taking the old dosage recommendation of 40:1 Myo to D-Chiro for years with some improvement in symptom relief and overall health. Still, adjusting to the higher D-chiro has caused a dramatic and quick improvement.
